Future Scope

An induction program to expand the family of the Rotaract Club of Peace City Hatton, took place on the 19th of July 2020 at the Green Hills Retreat Center, Kotagala, where we took initiative in recruiting and training new members to join Rotaract and furthermore to provide an understanding of Rotaract to Interactors of the Interact Club of Highlands College to join Rotaract in future to the enhance their activity in the Rotary Family in the upcoming days.

Rtr.PP.Vibanjini and IPP.Rtr.Pathmasridharan carried out an orientation program in which they put their immense efforts to give out the idea of what Rotaract and Rotary actually is and what sort of a positive impression being a Rotaractor can leave in life.

The feedback from the new members and the Interactors clearly did show the impact the induction session had made on them and left us with a satisfaction and hope that our Rotaract family would expand, providing us with more hands to join us in serving our community and also provide us with new friends for life.

எந்த ஒரு சரியான ஆரம்பமும் பிரகாசமான எதிர்காலத்துக்கு தொடக்கமாக அமையும் அதேவேளை வெற்றியின் முதல்படி கல்லாக அமையும். அந்தவகையில் சமாதான நகரமான ஹட்டன் றோட்டறக்ட் கழகத்தின் 2020/21ம் ஆண்டுக்கான முதல் செயற்றிட்டமானது கழகம் பற்றிய தெளிவூட்டலை வழங்க வடிவமைக்கப்பட்டதாகும். இச்செயற்றிட்டம் எமது  கழகத்தில் புதிதாக இணைய விரும்பும் நண்பர்களுக்கும், ஹைலன்ஸ் கல்லூரியின் Interact கழக உறுப்பினர்களுக்கும் றோட்டறக்ட் கழகம், றோட்டறி  கழகம் என்பன பற்றிய தெளிவான வழிகாட்டலை வழங்க இடம்பெற்ற நிகழ்வாகும். Rtr. PP. விபான்ஜினி, Rtr.IPP. பத்மஸ்ரீதரன் ஆகிய கழகத்தின் ஆரம்ப உறுப்பினர்கள் மூலம் இவ்வழிகாட்டல் கூட்டம் 2020 ஜூலை 19ஆம் திகதி அன்று கிறீன் ஹில்ஸ் கொட்டகலையில் கழகத்தின் தலைவர் Rtr. ஷான் கிளிங்டன் தலைமையில் இடம்பெற்றது. இவ்வழிகாட்டல் நிகழ்வு ஆரம்பம் முதல் இறுதி வரை கேட்போரை சலிப்படைய செய்யாமைக்கு உரையாற்றிய Rtr. PP.விபான்ஜினி, Rtr. IPP.பத்மஸ்ரீதரன் ஆகியோரின் அனுபவமும், பேச்சு திறமையும், சிந்தனை ஆற்றலும் காரணமென கூறினால் அது மிகையாகாது.  செயற்றிட்டத்தின் வெற்றியென ஒவ்வொரு நபரினதும் பின்னூட்டலை கூறலாம். எமது றோட்டறக்ட் குடும்பத்திலும் புதிய அங்கத்தவர்களாக அன்றைய தினமே சிலர் தம்மை இணைத்துக் கொண்டனர். எமது கழகத்தையும் தாண்டி அன்றைய தினம் செயற்றிட்டத்தில் பங்கு கொண்ட அனைவரும் எதிர்காலத்தில் தம்மை ஏதேனுமொரு றோட்டறக்ட் கழகத்தில் இணைத்துக் கொள்வர் என எங்களால் நிச்சயமாக கூற முடியும்.
